Bowling alley was fun and offered a great time with friends. Buffet was disappointing with limited options and poor service. Rooms had nice river views. Check-in took longer than expected.

We enjoyed stunning river views from our comfortable and nicely remodeled room, and it was fantastic to have easy access to the Riverwalk, with a beautiful walking trail just a little over 1 km away, perfect for leisurely strolls. Plus, being just a few steps from several restaurants and outdoor spaces, including a grassy area with corn-hole boards, made our time relaxing and fun. However, the customer service could be improved as some staff lacked friendliness.

Clean and comfortable beds with a nice city view on the 24th floor, but the overall experience was marred by some troubling cleanliness issues. Valet and Belle Hop services impressed us—quick and friendly. The pool situation was disappointing; we had hoped for a family day by the pool, but it was closed and the kids were turned away from the adult pool. Some rooms showed signs of wear, and check-in took forever due to distractions at the front desk. It’s frustrating when expectations aren’t met, especially during a busy holiday. Still, fun activities and that view make a return on the cards.

I was really let down by the wifi—totally unreliable. I tried to get help but it took ages to reach anyone, and even then, they couldn’t fix it. I went three days without decent internet. Super frustrating!

Beautiful river views and comfortable beds set a pleasant tone. The casino's non-smoking section was a welcome touch. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the car museum on the third floor. Sitting at the outdoor bar, close to the river, was a nice escape. initial impressions were shaky. The casino had a smoky ambiance, and cleanliness in our room left much to be desired. The buffet food varied; some dishes were outstanding, while others fell flat. Service was slow at times, and communication regarding pool drink policies was confusing. Improvement is needed in cleanliness and service. With adjustments, this could be a great destination. Enjoyed my time here but expect more.

The room had a lovely view of the river. The bed was comfortable, and the light blanket was a welcome change from heavy comforters. The new showers were convenient, featuring grab bars that made getting out easier. The air conditioning functioned well, ensuring a cool retreat. the bathroom cleanliness was not ideal. There were issues with clogs and lingering odors, which were unfortunate. the absence of a microwave was inconvenient for families with young children. the space was clean, but a few maintenance issues detracted from the comfort.

I had an absolute blast at this vibrant place! The pool scene was awesome, and I couldn't get enough of the live entertainment. The staff were super friendly and made every moment enjoyable!

Our family enjoyed the picturesque setting of the resort along the Colorado River nestled amidst majestic mountains. The variety of activities for kids kept them entertained and happy throughout our stay. The resort's commitment to family-friendly entertainment made our trip memorable.
For dads it would be great to have microwaves in rooms.

I felt like a fish in the water with all the activities available: fishing, boating, even hiking. The Mexican restaurant on the second floor was a spicy delight, and the slot machines made me feel like a high-roller.
I enjoyed wandering through a cloud of smoke daily.

From hitting the dance floor at the Karaoke Dance Club to chilling by the Colorado River, we had a blast. Winning big at the tables was easy and the recent jackpot winners had us all hyped up.
More late-night party options for young adults needed.

the room we were initially assigned had no hot water, which was quite inconvenient. the staff promptly moved us to a different room where we finally had hot water, but unfortunately, the air conditioner barely worked. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a carpeted floor and a flat-screen TV, which was nice. On the downside, some lights were not working, and there were taped-over plugs, which was a bit concerning. I appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping staff to address our issues promptly, but it was disappointing to encounter these maintenance problems in the first place. One positive aspect was the excellent staff service. They were friendly and helpful, especially when we had to move rooms multiple times. the valets seemed displeased with us when we had to deal with a room switch and didn't know about the tipping policy. This lack of communication made the experience a bit uncomfortable. In terms of amenities, the hotel offered a variety of activities like gambling, dining options, and even a movie theater, which was a nice touch. The free shuttle service to the airport was convenient, but it would have been better if there were clearer instructions on how to use it. Despite the issues we faced during our stay, the overall experience was saved by the friendly staff and the range of activities available at the resort.

We loved the vibrant atmosphere at The Losers Lounge and the fun activities like bowling and Bingo. The staff were super friendly, and the comfortable beds and great views made our stay enjoyable.

i had an amazing experience at Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort & Casino. the dining options were fabulous. our 5th floor accommodations also offered beautiful river and mountain views. the 3rd floor auto museum is a must-see for classic car enthusiasts.

Had a spacious room with great beds and a nice shower. Free valet parking and excellent service from bellhops and valet drivers truly stood out. Impressed by the cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Unfriendly and unhelpful front desk staff, causing long check-in times. Poor housekeeping with issues like itchy sheets and unemptied trash cans.

Great location with beautiful river views. Comfy bed, clean room, and great dining options on-site. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to a pleasant stay during my city trip.
Heavy cigarette smoke permeating the casino and even reaching room hallways. Outdated facilities and lack of effective smoke control made it hard to stay without sacrificing comfort.

Our stay at Laughlin was overall enjoyable and memorable. The view from our room in the South Tower was breathtaking, despite it being just dirt. The room itself was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The Prime Rib Room served the best prime rib we have ever had. The hotel's location was fantastic, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. We had a blast and would definitely come back.
The wait for the elevators, especially when traveling with kids. Additionally, we had a frustrating experience with a cashier at the ATM, who threatened to involve security.

clean rooms - comfortable beds, and a great view. the hotel's location made it easy to learn dice games. enjoyed the food - especially the prime rib dinner at the neighboring restaurant. the staff at don's hideaway bar were friendly and the happy hour m.g.d. for $3 was a great deal.

My stay at Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort & Casino exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The new pool was a great addition. I'll recommend this hotel.
